Trio American cherry is available as the premium Select grade, and the intermediate Nature grade. Select is in principle a uniform look with some variation in colour. Pin knots, small bark pockets and slight sapwood are permitted. Nature has a natural look with more colour variation than Select, larger knots and bark pockets and unlimited pale sapwood.
