Trio European oak is available as the premium Select grade, the standard Rustic grade, and the intermediate Nature grade.

Select has a uniform look with some variation in colour and occasional pin knots and sapwood.

Nature has a natural look with more variation in colour than Select with larger knots. Slight knot and surface cracks and minor sapwood are permitted.

Rustic has substantial colour variation with wild grain and larger knots. Open knots (filled), bark pockets, surface cracks and sapwood edges are permitted.
